Orders placed before 3pm will be despatched same day for delivery the next working day. Any order placed after 3pm will be despatched the following working day.

Embroidered orders -2-3 weeks (subject to the design and stock availability)
Printed Orders – 2 weeks (subject to the design and stock availability)
Woven Badges/Embossed Leather and other branding techniques all have increased lead-times and will be quoted on enquiry.
All off the shelf orders are despatched via SECURE NEXT DAY COURIER unless stated otherwise. Tracking details can be given on request.
MADE TO ORDER

Delivery in 8-10 weeks from order confirmation and approval of visuals.
All delivery is quoted based on AIR FREIGHT OPTIONS unless stated otherwise.

Delivery in 6-8 weeks from order confirmation and approval of visuals.
All delivery is quoted based on SECURE COURIER (LAND OR AIR subject to quantity) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to increase lead-times when production schedules become full, for example in peak times such as Christmas, or Chinese New Year, again you will be advise on lead-times
