METHODS OF ORDERING

SL Black Label gives you 3 easy options to place an order. You may do one of the following;

Please specify which product(s) you are looking to order and supply any artwork, logos or designs that you are looking to have replicated

METHODS OF PAYMENT

SL Black Label accepts payments through all major Credit and Debit cards with the exception of AMERICAN EXPRESS.

In addition, we also accept payment via DIRECT BANK TRANSFER – details will be sent on request.

In all instances payment will not be needed until an official SL Black Label PROFORMA has been raised. Once raised any contact or payments made to SL Black Label will need to have the PROFORMA Reference and your brands name used to aid with the processing of your order.

HOW TO USE OUR ONLINE ORDERING SYSTEM

  1. Choose your selected product, from the headwear link to the top of the home page or by clicking here.
  2. Once you have chosen your product click the ORDER NOW tab below the description of the product range.
  3. You will now be directed to the ONLINE ORDER FORM – you will be requested to complete the form, in most cases it is a simple case of selecting what options, styles and finishes you are looking for.
  4. When requested you will need to upload your artwork that you are looking to have branded to your item of headwear. (PLEASE NOTE THAT FILES UPTO 3MB ARE ACCEPTED, THE BEST FILES TO SEND ARE PSD, AI or HIGH RESOLUTION PDF FILES AT A MINIMUM OF 300DPI). Any less and we cannot guarantee the quality of the branding technique chosen)
  5. Supply us your contact details, brand name address. We will need these to be able to contact you regarding your order.
  6. Please supply as much detail as possible regarding how you want your products to look, the more information you give to us in the first instance the less chance we have of getting your design wrong.
  7. Accept our terms and conditions and then review and accept the order.

WHAT HAPPENS ONCE MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

The sales team will receive notice of your pending order; this will be reviewed within 24 working hours. Once reviewed our design team will using the artwork and details supplied by you, create a FREE CAD visual which will be sent with confirmation of your order by the sales team.

This visual is for your approval, not payment will be taken until you have approved and accepted both the design and our standard terms of sale which will be supplied along with an official Proforma.
