SL Black Label are based in the UK, so you don’t have to worry about dealing direct with the Far East. SL BLACK Label will do it all for you.

How much will it cost me?

Prices are quoted on a case by case basis but to give a rough guide, please see below:

  • Bespoke Beanies – starting from £6
  • Bespoke Caps – starting from £8
  • Bespoke Bucket Hat – starting from £8
  • Off the shelf products – starting from £5

How many do I need to order?

We have a range of minimum order quantities to suit all budgets:

  • Bespoke Beanies – 200pcs per colour / style
  • Bespoke Caps – 150pcs per colour / style
  • Bespoke Bucket Hat – 150pcs per colour / style
  • Off the shelf products – 50pcs per style (mixed colour packs are available)

How long does delivery take?

It all depends on the product / range you are looking for…

  • Bespoke Beanies – Around 4/5 weeks delivery from order confirmation and approval
  • Bespoke Caps – Around 11 weeks delivery from order confirmation and approval
  • Bespoke Bucket Hat – Around 11 weeks delivery from order confirmation and approval
  • Off the shelf products – 10/14 Days delivery from order confirmation and approval

Can I order online?

Yes you can order through our website  or you can find our online ordering forms here.

Do you design logos?

Unfortunately not!  But visualising how good your logo will look, will be our pleasure.

Can I supply my own products to be branded?

Unfortunately, SL Black Label will only decorate SL Black Label branded products.

Samples

SL Black Label charges for all sampling.  For further information on what these costs are likely to be, please contact sales@slblacklabel.co.uk

Rest assured, before any payment is taken, we will supply a CAD Visual for you to approve.  This will allow for any changes before commitment.

How do I pay?

We have two options for payment:

  • Bank Transfer – Our bank details will be sent to you on confirmation of order
  • Credit or Debit Card – You can call the sales team on +44 (0)1376 560380 to make payment. Please note we are unable to accept American Express.

What branding techniques can you offer?

Do you Deliver Worldwide?

The simple answer is yes.  

We have a great relationship with our freight forwarders, which allow us to offer the very best service, using the most professional shipping companies around. From standard sea freight to competitively priced air freight, we have options available for all eventualities.

COVID-19 UPDATE

We wanted to give you a detailed rundown with respect to SL Black Label's operations during the COVID-19 lockdown.

Our first priority is to protect everyone.  Our staff, our customers, and our suppliers.  It is vital that we do whatever it takes to keep people safe and well during such a worrying time.

For this reason, we are semi closing down our usual operations on Friday 27th March.

Up to now, we have been operating with a skeleton staff and ensuring that we respect the 2-meter rule.  But from Friday, our staff will be at home and not operating within the business, until a period of normality resumes.

From both a health and an economic perspective, these are hard times beyond anything experienced before.

During this time, the directors of the business will be answering the phones and covering the emails of the staff, so we can continue a kind of “business as usual” situation.China Production

  • We are fully operational with respect to our Chinese manufacturing of samples and bulk production. So please keep sending your bespoke inquiries as you would normally.  We can take deliveries of the goods in the UK, and dispatch as and when you need.

UK Production

  • If you need to order UK embroidered samples, our production manager can arrange to open the office and produce this.  We hope to deliver sample images within 24 hours of the request as usual, but we may need an extra 2 / 3 days during this strange period.
  • If you make an order of up to 1000 pieces, and we have the capacity to do so, then our production manager will produce the order and send to you / your client within the agreed timescale.

If you need larger orders which requires more than one embroidery operative, we will need to consider un-furloughing off one or more of the operatives.  However, we will need to consider the current government advice and whether the government are allowing these at the time.

Essentially, we are very well placed to continue to supply while keeping our people safe in this tough environment.

It only leaves us to say – keep well and keep safe.  I am sure like you, we cannot wait for the COVID-19 pandemic to subside, allowing us all to return to normal life
